Tris Felix

Managing Director

After obtaining his law degree in 1996, Tris served as panel counsel for several large insurance carriers while defending tort litigation. He came to IMA in 2003 to provide legal support and analysis to IMA accounts and programs using alternative risk financing solutions. As a Risk Manager, Tris assists clients in the design and evaluation of loss-sensitive, alternative risk financing structures, from single client large deductibles and self-insured retentions, to group programs including self-insurance pools, risk purchasing groups, risk retention groups, and captive accounts.

Josh Kalmikoff

Director of Specialty Underwriting Programs

Josh is the Director of Specialty Underwriting Programs, with an emphasis on new business opportunities and growth. Josh brings a wealth of specialty insurance knowledge and business development experience. He has worked as an Underwriter and Broker for an Excess & Surplus Lines Wholesaler, and as a Business Development and Risk Manager for an Insurance Company with expertise in Captives in the financial institution and automotive industries. Josh has made a practice of taking napkin deals to fully-realized, negotiated and executed programs. Josh has a Finance background with a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University of Ohio.

Tina Wolff

Compliance & Underwriting

Tina brings to IMA 20+ years in the insurance industry, with a main focus on Program management, underwriting, and risk management. Tina joined Cornerstone in 2015 as the Compliance and Underwriting Manager. She has held several underwriting & operations management positions. Having both a strong underwriting and operations background has enabled Tina to be successful in evaluating, identifying risk and providing insurance solutions. Tina is Charter Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) is a licensed agent.

Paul Davis

Director of Program Operations

Paul holds a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering from Wichita State University. Paul joined IMA in 1994. His experience includes working in the areas of risk management and safety consulting. As a risk manager, Paul focuses on large accounts and self-insured pools analyzing and developing alternative risk financing programs. This includes conducting loss analysis and projections, comparing alternative program designs, and monitoring program performance.
